FAQ FAQ SOLO FEATURES How can I locate Solo Features by instrument? Go to Listing by Solo Feature. Click on the instrument(s) in which you are interested. Also, every full description contains info on which soloists are featured (even if not the entire piece). SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY How quickly will my order go out? Orders are shipped within 24 hours of being received. How long will it take to get my order? This depends on where you are and how the music is shipped. UPS Ground takes anywhere from 2 to 7 working days in the US. There are options for UPS 3 DAY, 2 DAY or NEXT DAY. How much will it cost to ship? Shipping costs will be determined by weight and distance. Anything other than UPS Ground will be more costly. May I return music that I've purchased? No, you may not. A dealer may be willing to let you try out a piece. Our demo CDs and/or audio soundbites online will give you the information you need before purchasing. You also may call for more info.  RECORDINGS - FULL LENGTH Where can I find out what is available and where to buy full-length recordings of pieces? Full-Length Commercial recording information is available in product detail pages. DIFFICULTY GRADING Where can I get info on the difficulty of a chart? All listings of the charts have a grade assigned.  MISSING PARTS & SCORES Can I replace missing parts and/or scores? Yes. Parts are $5 each and scores are priced according to the length of the piece. Can I buy just a score? Only if you are replacing a lost or damaged score. We do not sell single copies of scores. SCORES FOR FESTIVAL Can I get multiple copies of scores for festival judges? Yes. if time is an issue, call with credit card info., and we will ship ASAP. COMPOSERS / ARRANGERS How can I locate a piece by Composer and/or Arranger? Use the Search engine for this. PIECES NOT IN PRINT Why aren't there certain pieces in print that one might think should be there? This is usually due to the fact that a print license is not available for that title.
