 Bob Curnow has created a marvelous modal piece that opens with a fanfare in 6/8 and then moves into a lilting 3-4 swing tempo.  This chart is a blast!  It is one of the more popular charts from Maynard's Birdland Dream Band.  This was one of the early charts of Hank's recorded by Kenton.
